Terms of Service

1. General Services
dawob provides web development, design, and hosting services. All project specifics (timelines, costs, deliverables) are defined in the specific proposal sent to the client. By accepting a proposal, you agree to these terms.
2. Managed Hosting Infrastructure
If you choose to host with dawob, you are purchasing a Managed Service. This differs from traditional shared hosting:
- No Direct Access: To ensure the security, stability, and integrity of our VPS infrastructure, clients are not granted direct server access (Root, SSH, SFTP, or Control Panel access). All technical changes must be requested through our support.
- Annual Renewal: Hosting fees are billed annually. Failure to pay the renewal fee within 15 days of the due date will result in service suspension.
3. Transfer & Exit Policy
You may cancel your hosting service at any time. In the event of a transfer to another provider:
- Data Release: Upon request, we will provide a full backup of your website files and database (SQL) in a standard format (e.g., .zip).
- No Migration Assistance: We are not obligated to assist, teach, or support the migration process to a third-party server. Deployment on a new host is the sole responsibility of the client or their new IT provider.
- Email: We are not responsible for migrating email history to new providers.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the development fees, the client owns the copyright to the design and code of their specific website. dawob retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.
